Payment Details, Terms and Conditions.
Payments
All payments should be made within 7 days. UK Buyers: We accept payment by PayPal, a safe online payment that allows you to pay with your credit or debit card. We also accept Postal Orders and Cheques. If paying by cheque or postal order please send to: Kim Hardy, 22 Forest Edge, Buckhurst Hill, Essex IG9 5AA. International Buyers: We accept PayPal only. Additional PayPal Info: Paying by a PayPal e.cheque could mean a delay in processing your order as it can take 7-14 days to clear. Goods will not be despatched until payment has cleared. After buying an item please click the Pay Now button, even if you intend to send a postal payment. You will have the option of choosing a payment method and leaving a message for me if you wish.
Postage and Packaging
Postage Costs: UK Rate of £1.50. Europe Rate of £2.00 and the Rest of the World Rate £2.50 per total transaction. All items will be well packaged in new bubble envelopes or new board backed envelopes. Please ensure your full address is correct in PayPal or enclose it with your cheque or postal order. We try to despatch all orders, where possible, within 2 working days. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within the UK. 5-15 days for Europe and 10-25 days Rest of World. Please inform us if your item has not arrived after 7 days (for UK buyers) of receiving the despatched e-mail. Europe and the rest of the World please allow extra time.
Customer Service and Returns
Returns Policy: If you are not happy with the item, not what you expected or you receive an incorrect or damaged item then you must contact me to arrange a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in original packaging in re-saleable condition with the exception of any damaged items received. Refunds will be issued when we have received the returned item(s). Unless the item is faulty or mis-described, item cost will be refunded only, buyer will be responsible for return postage.
